The Tallyn's Reach Master Association is responsible for the general oversight of our subdivision. The Master Association has also been called the Tallyn's Reach Home Owners Association. The Master Association is comprised of five members that meet on a monthly basis at the developer's office. Unfortunately, our HOA is currently controlled by three members from the developer (Carma), although two homeowner members are on the board. Once Carma deems the community has built-out to a certain level, it will allow a third homeowner member. By that time, the developer will have instituted community rules and covenants that may contradict the actual desires of the home owners. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings to voice their concerns. Hopefully the Directors will move the location for the monthly meeting closer to the Tallyn's Reach community to encourage homeowner participation. The current time and location does not allow the average working homeowner to attend.
The Master Association provides a number of services to our community. They include: - Covenant Enforcement
- Reviewing homeowner submitted home and landscaping designs
- Operation and maintenance of a community website
- Select a responsible waste management company for trash pickup
- Community events such as the 4th of July parade and the Easter egg hunt
Of course, these services come at a cost to each homeowner. The current Master Association dues are currently set at $XXX per year. If any of this information is incorrect, please provide an update so the content can corrected. For any issues that need to be resolved by our Master Association, contact them via the official Tallyn's Reach website.
