We Live In Tallyns Reach

The Tallyn's Reach Master Association is responsible for the general oversight of our subdivision.  The Master Association has also been called the Tallyn's Reach Home Owners Association. 

The Master Association is comprised of five members that meet on a monthly basis at the developer's office.  Unfortunately, our HOA is currently controlled by three members from the developer (Carma), although two homeowner members are on the board.  Once Carma deems the community has built-out to a certain level, it will allow a third homeowner member.  By that time, the developer will have instituted community rules and covenants that may contradict the actual desires of the home owners.  

All homeowners are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings to voice their concerns.  Hopefully the Directors will move the location for the monthly meeting closer to the Tallyn's Reach community to encourage homeowner participation.  The current time and location does not allow the average working homeowner to attend.

The Tallyn’s Reach Metropolitan District is a governmental entity that has the power to impose property taxes and other monetary charges.  An elected board of directors made up of Tallyn's Reach property owners provides the overall management for the metro districts.

Tallyn's Reach contains 3 metropolitan district.  The districts are responsible for the following:

• Constructing the major public utilities and roads within our community
• Manage the operations and maintenance of all common areas such as landscaping and parks
• Manage the community clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and playground areas
