Tallyn's Reach is a relatively new community located in the southeast Aurora, Colorado. It was chosen as the location for the Denver Homebuilder's Parade of Homes in 2000. Some may consider Tallyn's Reach as a "mid to upper end" neighborhood.
Tallyn's Reach is part of a nearly 1,000 acre master planned community, featuring acres of open space, miles of walking trails, and convenient access to E-470. It also has access to major shopping such as Southlands and Park Meadows, in addition to major employers in the Denver Tech Center in south Denver.
